Order Processing and Shipping Policy

Our business is driven by a core mission to bring Affordable Innerwear to our customers in a Reasonable Time Frame. To aid this, we have adopted various strategic Cost Optimization Initiatives to be able to extend significant Price Advantage to our customers. One such key initiative is, our Warehouse and Fulfillment Center are situated across different Cost-Effective Destinations in Asia including China. Hence, as a secondary outcome our Shipment and Delivery lead time ranges between 2 to 3 weeks as detailed in the following section.

1. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines:

We strive to offer the best shipping options to our customers globally. The process and timelines are spread across the following two steps:

Processing Time - 2 to 5 Calendar Days

Ones the order is placed, this is the time taken for payment processing, order confirmation, quality check, packaging, shipment booking and pick up.

Shipping and Delivery Time – 12 to 18 Calendar Days

Depending on the location of the customer this is the time taken for transit to destination country and subsequently for delivery to customer doorstep.

Please Note

In our continuous efforts to enhance customer satisfaction quite often we manage to complete the entire process in about 2.5 to 3 weeks. While the above timeline is indicative it is advisable to factor in.

2. Expedited Shipping:

We are engaged in discussion and negotiation with our logistic partners to implement expedited shipping and delivery of goods in 7 to 10 days frame at a nominal price. Hopefully we will be able to implement this soon in the near future.

3. Key Points to Remember for Shipping and Delivery:

To ensure Smooth and Hassle-Free Delivery, we request Customers to provide complete and accurate shipping addresses including compulsorily House or Apartment Number and Postal Code. In case you have not included while placing the order please send us an email with the complete address to customer@brightellie.co.uk.

Ones the package is shipped changes cannot be made to the shipping address and Bright Ellie is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses and any dispute or refund will not be entertained.

Products lost in transit due to reasons other than inaccurate addresses is beyond the control of Bright Ellie. However, we do take responsibility for the same and will offer a replacement or refund.

At times delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

In the case of peak sales season due to special occasion such as major holidays or festivals please allow extra delivery time.

    4. Order Tracking:

    The progress of the order and shipment can be tracked by using the Order Tracking Form on Bright Ellie website using your order number and email address.

    Generally, latest information is updated within 48 to 72 hours.

      5. Receipt of Shipment:

      It is a good practice to Sign confirming receipt of the goods only after verifying the goods. It is advisable to open the parcel in the presence of delivery personnel.

      If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.

      Please take photos immediately, including all the address labels, package and the items you received. DO NOT throw the package away! It is very important!

        6. Communication with Customers:

        We endeavor to keep in contact with our customers via email all through the order fulfillment process and after in the following order:

        First email is sent as soon as the order is placed confirming receipt of the order and details

        Second email is sent as the order processing is complete and shipment is initiated along with the shipping and tracking information

        Our order processing team is constantly tracking the shipment of goods. Next communication is established with the customer via email, text message or phone call only if a problem arises at the time of delivery to customer

        Last communication is established as a follow up to seek your feedback

          7. Taxes and Custom Duties:

          All prices listed on our website are excluding Value Added Taxes (VAT) and any other applicable taxes, duties and fees

          Some goods are liable for taxes and custom duties which may be charged by your country up on arrival. These differ from region to region and country to country. Please contact your country’s Customs Office for more information

          All applicable taxes and custom duties are the sole responsibility of the Customer
