Returns, Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.  Duration:

We offer our customers 30 days return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2.  Eligibility:

For hygiene reasons only those goods are eligible for return or exchange that are unworn, unwashed and returned to us in the same condition that you received it with all the tags and labels intact in the original packaging.

In case you have a change of mind about the item or inadvertently selected an incorrect size please inspect the new one by wearing an old one underneath to avoid any damage as; make up, body lotions, fragrance or deodorant. Failure to comply with this step would result in significant cost burden to Bright Ellie, as we operate on very thin margins in order to offer great Price Advantage to our customers. Hence, we sincerely hope you would understand and extend your kind cooperation to help us serve you better.

3.  Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled at any time. However, if they are cancelled within the first two days of order placement or before the shipment has been initiated a hassle-free refund can be initiated immediately.

Orders cancelled after initiation of shipment the customer must take delivery of the package and should keep it unopened in original condition. Next the steps outlined in the following section must be followed.

4.  Contact for Returns or Exchange:

For all returns or exchange please contact us first with an email at customer@brightellie.co.uk explaining the problem, accordingly we will advise on the next course of action.

While you have 30 days to return you will have to contact us within 7 days from the date the items were received. If, the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and will NOT be eligible for refund or replacement.

5.  Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case Bright Ellie manages shipping for returning your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over € 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6.  Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 Business Days.

7.  Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer@brightellie.co.uk.

8.  Faulty or Damaged Items:

All items pass a rigorous quality check before shipment. In the rare event that you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged items or did not receive anything due to shipment lost in transit. Bright Ellie takes full responsibility and will offer full refund or exchange with return shipping cost covered as well.

Please take photographs of the faulty or damaged items including all the tags, labels and package. Email us the photos clearly explaining the defect unless visible as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange the items for you.
